Melina Kanakaredes is an American actor, is famous for her performances as Dr. Sydney Hansen in NBC's drama Providence and Dr. Lane Hunter in The Resident. Additionally, she earned high praise for her first television role in Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are among her film credits. It is reported that she is working on a movie adaptation of Elisabeth KublerRoss's autobiography The Wheel of Life with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides the pair that wrote the film Immortals. Her upcoming TV series, Gods & Heroes is currently in production.
